Let us introduce ... Jeff Bland, Jr. #21s

Jeff Bland, Jr. is a spunky blond-haired, blue-eyed 18-year-old boy that lives a dream of someday becoming a known NASCAR Nextel Cup driver. He was born on August 11, 1988 in Bloomington, Indiana to his proud parents, Jeff and Teresa Bland. To know Jeff, is to love him. He is a handsome, polite, and sincere young man who would make anyone happy to know him. That is obvious when he is at the track and his fans across the Midwest shout his name and paint his number on their faces.

Beginning his racing career at the tender age of four, Jeff started in the Junior Dragster category and won the first race he ever entered! He raced Jr. Dragsters until he was six and then transitioned to racing GO-KARTS at age ten. Racing the KARTS, Jeff won 75 feature races on both dirt and asphalt tracks across the Midwest, capturing 5 championships along the way!

At the end of the 2002 racing season, Jeff began to race Open Wheel Modifieds. At age thirteen, he was racing against men two or three times his age and experience. He made a name for himself in this category and was named "Rookie of the Year" at both the Bloomington and Brownstown (IN) Speedways in 2003. Beside being named "Rookie of the Year," Jeff also finished second in the points standings at the Bloomington Speedway in Bloomington, Indiana. He finished all of his races in the Top Ten, with the exception of one race, which he did not finish due to mechanical problems.

Jeff kept on building success in the Open Wheel Modified ranks, as he claimed seven wins in 2004, five feature victories in 2005, and seventeen A-Main triumphs in 2006. He was strong in the UMP State and National point standings throughout 2004-2006 and also recorded the 2006 Track Championship at the Twin Cities Raceway Park in Vernon, Indiana. Continuing to pursue the sport of Auto Racing with a vengance is Jeff's lifelong dream. His ultimate goal is to break into NASCAR racing. He is committed and focused on his career goal and thanks generous sponsors for helping him be able to follow his dream.
